Free shipping (Australian online orders only) - Applies to all orders equalling $100 or more and up to a maximum weight of 10kg, with the exclusion of some remote locations & bulky items like canvas, easels, paper packs & some others. Shipping via Australia Post*
Standard Shipping - $11.00 Flat Rate (online orders only)- Applies to online orders under $100 and up to a maximum weight of 10kg, with the exclusion of bulky items like canvas, easels, paper packs & similar items that are heavy or large.
Bulky items - Bulky items that are over 10kg in weight or items such as canvas, easels, paper packs & similar items that are heavy or large, will incur additional shipping charges. This fee depends on the item & is calculated by cubic measurement and delivery location. If your order is unable to be shipped to your location at a reasonable rate, you may be contacted for an agreeable extra cost or we will offer to cancel and refund your order in full.
Click & collect is available via our Brooklyn Park store only - Please wait for an email notification before collecting your order. A notification is sent by email when your goods are ready.
Packaging and Care for Your Orders
Packaging- Please be Aware we recycle many of our packing materials used for transporting goods, so your items can be packed inside other boxes, please be sure to open all boxes to locate your supplies within.
Tracking your delivery - An email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been despatched or you can log into your account (My Account>Orders) to find your recent purchase history and tracking details.
Same day dispatch - Orders must be placed before 11am ACST (weekdays) to be eligible, orders placed after 11am ACST order will leave the store the following business day. Art to Art cannot guarantee next day delivery once the parcel has been picked up by Australia Post.
Dangerous & Flammable goods - Are not eligible to be shipped. Available for purchase in store only.
International Shipping: What You Need to Know
International orders for New Zealand only
International Orders to New Zealand - Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, please note the following information:
- Standard Air Post with tracking- 5 - 8 Business days depending on location
- Express Air Post with tracking- 3 - 7 Days depending on location & customs
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Import duties and taxes for the destination country are not included in the order total or postage charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be before you place your order. These charges are normally expected to be paid to the delivering postal company and are the recipients responsibility to pay. They are not extra charges from Art To Art.
