Brush & Pencil Powder Titanium White Jar

Brush and Pencil took the Titanium White found in coloured pencils and created a ground-breaking powder with it. The white powder is completely opaque and has excellent covering power. In areas where you need white, you can apply Titanium White powder with an applicator sponge. If you use too much, you can lift it back with putty erasers.
